1. The service

These terms govern private tours, excursions and transfers provided by Fulvio Amato in Sicily, Italy. Contact: Fulvio.amato.75@icloud.com · +39 327 019 7635.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when both parties agree on the date, itinerary and price — by WhatsApp, email or phone. No advance online payment is required unless specifically agreed.

3. Prices

• Prices shown on the website are starting rates and may vary depending on pickup location, group size and itinerary.
• Final prices are confirmed directly by WhatsApp, email or phone before the tour.
• Entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, boat tours or other extras are not included unless specifically stated.

4. Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before: Free cancellation.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% of agreed price may apply.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: Full price may apply.

In case of genuine emergencies, we will always try to reschedule when possible.

5. Shore excursions

We make every effort to return you to port before your ship's all-aboard time. We cannot be held responsible for delays from traffic, accidents or events beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Liability

Guests are responsible for following safety instructions during the tour. Fulvio Amato is not responsible for delays, closures, weather conditions, traffic, accidents or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Messina.
